Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team in Macon, GA. This role focuses on one-to-one patient care, delivering comprehensive nursing services in the home setting with autonomy and team support.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, at least 1 year of patient care experience (home health or geriatrics preferred), and a valid driver’s license. We offer a supportive environment, regular on-call rotation, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing in patient care settings.
• Home health or geriatrics experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
• Create home health care plans aligning with MD orders and patient goals
• Direct nursing care: medications, treatments, interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate and support patient's family and caregivers
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation; participate in on-call rotation

Responsibilities

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, You will:

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
• Create home health care plans that align with MD orders and the patient's goals
• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate and support the patient's family and caregivers
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentationParticipate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice and in the state of residence is required
• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting required; and home health, geriatrics or other related settings preferred
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability
• Current CPR certification
