Job summary

Adoration Health in Macon, GA is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team. You will provide comprehensive 1:1 in-home care to patients, following physician orders and patient goals, with opportunities for professional growth.

The role emphasizes independent work with team support, a stable schedule, and involvement in an evolving home health program. Valid nursing license, driving eligibility, and a compassion-driven approach are required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) with valid state license.
• One year nursing practice in patient care; home health/geriatrics preferred.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance as required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs of patients.
• Create home health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support patients’ families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch.

Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm

Responsibilities

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, You will:

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice and in the state of residence is required
• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting required ; and home health, geriatrics or other related settings preferred
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability
• Current CPR certification
