Blue Ash Health & Rehab, LLC seeks a compassionate RN to join our home health team in Ohio. The right candidate will provide one-on-one nursing visits in patients' homes, perform assessments, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and educate families on proper care.

Ideal applicants hold an accredited nursing diploma/degree and an active RN license in Ohio, CPR certification, a friendly, communicative approach, and the ability to travel locally with reliable transportation.

Competenze

Nursing diploma/degree (Diploma/Associate/Bachelor) required.
Active RN license in Ohio.
Proof of CPR certification.
Compassionate, friendly demeanor.
Excellent communication skills.
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
Ability to travel locally and flexible schedule.

Mansioni

Visit patients in their homes for one-on-one visits.
Complete initial and ongoing assessments of home health patients.
Assess conditions, chart observations, monitor vitals, review medications.
Administer medications as prescribed by physician.
Educate patients and families on home health care procedures and device usage.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other health professionals.
