Aufgaben

• Recommends employment decisions for staff to the director of operations.
• Oversees clinical quality and performance of nurses and aides.
• Organizes clinical operations for the care center.
• Coordinates patient referrals and admissions with intake.
• Manages scheduling and payor verification/precertification requirements.
• Monitors documentation and ensures timely completion.
• Assists with Plan of Care development and revisions.
• Participates in on-call process and staff training.
• Investigates patient/family/physician concerns.
