Job summary

Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services is seeking a Clinical Education Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate education programs that improve nursing practice and patient outcomes.

You will lead orientation, competency assessments, and ongoing staff development, mentoring bedside and classroom learners, and collaborating with nursing leadership to promote evidence-based practice and the adoption of new technologies and protocols.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical nursing expertise with credibility among staff.
• Proven ability to educate, coach, and develop nursing competencies.
