Job summary

Mercy seeks a dedicated registered nurse to join our home health team on a per diem basis in Oklahoma. You will provide day-to-day patient care, perform assessments, administer IV therapy, and educate patients and families in their homes in accordance with Mercy policies.

Documentation is completed in Epic, with flexible visits supporting safe, high-quality care. Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, CPR certification, a valid driver's license, and prefer at least one year of related

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
• Current state RN licensure; valid driver's license.
• CPR certification.
• One year of related field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day patient care in the home setting.
• Perform post-hospitalization assessments and ongoing teaching.
• Document with Epic and coordinate with Mercy care team.
• Administer IV therapy, dressing changes, and safety monitoring.
