Mercy is seeking a Per Diem Home Health Nurse to provide day-to-day patient care in patients' homes in Oklahoma. Responsibilities include case management, assessment, care planning, IV therapy, wound care, patient teaching, and documentation using Epic.

Requires nursing school graduation, current RN licensure, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license. Per diem schedule follows department policies and visits are on an as-needed basis.
