Job summary

Sutter Health in California seeks a Primary Care Clinician to join an interdisciplinary team. You will report to the Clinical Manager and guide RNs, LVNs, therapists, MSWs and other staff to deliver high-quality patient care.

RN license in CA is required with BLS; one year of direct patient care within five years is expected. This role is full-time, days, with rotating weekends, in-home and clinic settings and a strong emphasis on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• RN license in California required or equivalent experience accepted.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or health-related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and home health regulations.
• Proven ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and manage resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care within an interdisciplinary home health/hospice setting.
• Lead and guide RNs, LVNs, therapists, MSWs and other staff as assigned.
• Maintain licensure and certifications and meet core competencies.
• Meet productivity standards and manage time with rotating weekends.
