Job summary

Harris Home Health, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver and coordinate in-home nursing care across patients in their homes in North Carolina. You will implement care plans, supervise aides, and collaborate with physicians to maintain high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in state of practice.
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• 1+ years of Home Health experience.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, implements, and revises the plan of care in collaboration with the physician and other health care professionals.
• Supervises care provided by home health aides and licensed nurses, provides instruction, and assigns tasks according to regulations.
• Provides supervisory visits and ensures documentation and continuity of patient care.
