Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking an Administrator to lead day-to-day operations and coordinate patient care across branches. This role emphasizes strategic management, regulatory compliance, and financial oversight to ensure high-quality services in home health settings.

You will oversee staffing, implement care programs, manage budgets, and collaborate with leadership to drive improvements while meeting federal and state requirements. Travel within the region is required with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Current State License as required by state/federal guidance.
• Licensed physician, registered nurse or holds an undergraduate degree.
• 3+ years healthcare experience required.
• 1+ year supervisory or administrative experience in home health care.
• Able to travel to offices within region.
• Must have valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day operations and liaises with owner or personnel.
• Oversees patient care programs and achievement of clinical and administrative outcomes.
• Oversees branch financial performance and budgeting; promotes patient safety.
• Ensures adequate staffing levels at branches to meet patient needs.
• Ensures Medicare/Medicaid regulatory compliance and payer guidelines.
• Coordinates strategic development with Area VP and review meetings.
• Maintains accuracy of public information and company communications.
