Mary Free Bed at Home is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes in the Spring Lake area. This role offers autonomy within an interdisciplinary team and a clear path for career growth, plus a $10,000 first-year bonus to reward achievement in the initial year.

The position includes leadership opportunities, a supportive field education team, and a culture that values your impact. Travel to patient homes within the assigned territory is required.

Formación

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state you work
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel ~20% of workday to patient locations

Responsabilidades

• Deliver skilled, patient-centered care in a home health setting
• Perform patient assessments, medication management, and care planning
• Educate patients and families on disease management and treatment plans
• Ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation
• Work independently, but collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Travel to patient homes within defined territory
