Job summary

Mary Free Bed at Home in Michigan is seeking a registered nurse to provide skilled home health care in Ionia and surrounding areas. This role offers autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, and opportunities for growth.

A $10,000 first-year success bonus is included, with ongoing reward opportunities as you grow with us. You’ll travel to patient homes, coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team, and document care thoroughly in our EMR.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state you work (Michigan).
• Minimum one year of RN experience delivering skilled nursing care.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive to patient homes approx. 20% of time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled, patient-centered care in a home health setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
• Perform patient assessments, medication management, and care planning.
• Educate families on disease management and treatment plans.
• Ensure compliant EMR documentation.
• Work independently, while remaining supported by the team.
• Travel to patient homes within your territory.
