Mary Free Bed at Home is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health position in the Spring Lake area. This role offers autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, and real career growth within a nationally recognized leader in home health and hospice.

The RN will perform patient assessments, medication management, and care planning, educating patients and families, and ensuring compliant EMR documentation while traveling to patient homes within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state you work.
• Minimum 1 year of RN home health experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive ~20% of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled, patient-centered care in patients' homes.

RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
• One year of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care
• Due to the field-based nature of this home health position, a valid driver's license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required
