Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse for Abingdon, VA. Join a dedicated team delivering patient-centered home health care with flexible schedules and strong community impact.

Responsibilities include creating care plans, administering treatments, educating families, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Eligible new grads may be considered in select markets.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience; home health or geriatrics preferred.
• Valid driver"s license with acceptable driving record.
• CPR certification
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
• Create home health care plans that align with MD orders and the patient's goals
• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate and support the patient’s family and caregivers
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch
