Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Registered Nurse for home health in Charlottesville, VA. The RN will provide expert, patient-centered care in a 1:1 setting with strong team support and flexible scheduling.

The position requires an active VA RN license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of nursing experience (home health preferred). Office location: Charlottesville, VA, with Charlottesville Central coverage. Full-time, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice and residence (VA)
• CPR certification required
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience in patient care setting; home health/geriatrics preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
• Create home health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate and support patients' families and caregivers
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch
