Requirements include an RN license, 1 year of nursing experience (home health/geriatrics preferred), CPR, and a valid driver's license.

Qualificações

• Must have RN license in the state of practice and residence.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; home health or geriatrics preferred.
• Valid driver's license, proof of car insurance per Adoration policy.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Assess/monitor patients' physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
• Create home health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support patients' family and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch.
