Job summary

Haven Home Health & Hospice in Springfield, MO is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care at home. You will plan and execute individualized care, collaborate with physicians and the care team, and support patients and families through changing needs.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri RN license in good standing.
• Home health RN experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule including admissions.
• Comfort with technology and electronic medical records.

What You Will Do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care

Salary Range: $72,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience
