Haven Home Health & Hospice in Springfield, MO is hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse to deliver patient-centered care in home settings. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care with an interdisciplinary team, while maintaining documentation and patient dignity.

Competitive compensation range of $72,000 to $90,000 annually, with PTO, full benefits, 401k, and flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.

Qualificações

• Active Missouri RN license in good standing.
• Home health RN experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule including admissions.
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills.
• Comfort with technology and electronic medical records.
