Haven Home Health & Hospice in Springfield, MO is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to join a locally owned, clinician-led team dedicated to patient-centered care.

The role focuses on delivering in-home nursing care, developing care plans with physicians, and educating patients and families while maintaining accurate EMR documentation. Flexible scheduling and strong team support are emphasized to balance quality care with clinician well-being.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri RN license in good standing.
• Home health RN experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule including admissions.
• Comfort with technology and electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

Salary Range: $72,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience
