Job summary

Haven Home Health & Hospice is seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse to join our Springfield, MO team. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, while maintaining thorough documentation and timely admissions.

Qualifications

• RN license in Missouri is required.
• Experience in home health nursing is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and accurate documentation are essential.
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule including admissions.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care

Salary Range: $72,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience

What You Bring

• Active Missouri RN license in good standing
• Home health RN experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule including admissions
• Comfort with technology and electronic medical records
