AHN Healthcare@Home in Pittsburgh/Lawrenceville is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health position. You will deliver skilled, patient-centered care in patients' homes within the assigned territory, with a focus on assessment, medication management, and care planning.

RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
• One year of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
