Job summary

AHN Healthcare@Home is hiring an RN to provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes around Dormont, PA. Eligible for a $20,000 total bonus potential, including a $10,000 first-year success bonus and a $10,000 sign-on within 18 months.

You will perform assessments, medication management, care planning, and patient education, with strong support from leadership and a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state you work.
• One year of RN experience delivering patient care.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to patient homes.

RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
• One year of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care
• Due to the field-based nature of this home health position, a valid driver’s license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required.
