Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to work with pediatric and/or adult patients in their own homes across multiple Texas locations. The role offers an hourly pay range and weekend/night differentials, with a supportive clinical team and flexible scheduling.

You will provide one-on-one home health nursing, perform the nursing process, and tailor care to patient needs while benefiting from comprehensive benefits and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed LVN in the state where practice occurs.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray current.
• BLS card current.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services per orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LVN in the state in which the LVN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
