Job summary
Amergis is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled nursing care in patients’ homes in Warminster, PA. You will document care and work under physician orders, often accompanying patients to appointments as needed.
The role is a contract, full-time position with 40 hours per week and a pay rate of $55 per hour. Comprehensive benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance and a 401(k).
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and licensed as an RN in the practicing state.
- CPR certification current, TB/health clearance per contract or regulation.
- Comply with federal, state, and local requirements and be 18+.
Responsibilities
- Provide and document skilled one-on-one nursing care in the patient’s home.
- Follow physician-ordered care plan and coordinate with care team.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate patient status.

The Home Health Registered Nurse is responsible forproviding and documenting skilled one-on-one nursing care in accordance withthe physician-ordered individualized patient care plan. This care is provided mostly in the patient’shome or a residential setting but can transfer outside the home duringappointments and other activities the nurse may accompany the patient to.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state inwhich the RN will practice
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
