Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) in Bryant, AR to provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes under physician orders.

Contract - Full Time, 40 hours weekly, pay rate $52 per hour. Work primarily in home or residential settings; some outside activities with the patient may occur. Licensure in state and CPR often required, with compliance to all regulations.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the state where RN will practice
• One year of home health nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest X-ray if applicable
• Health certificate per contract or state regulations
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Provide and document skilled one-on-one nursing care per physician-ordered patient care plan
• Care is provided mostly in the patient’s home or residential setting, with potential outings for appointments or activities

The Home Health Registered Nurse is responsible forproviding and documenting skilled one-on-one nursing care in accordance withthe physician-ordered individualized patient care plan. This care is provided mostly in the patient’shome or a residential setting but can transfer outside the home duringappointments and other activities the nurse may accompany the patient to.

Minimum Requirements:

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state inwhich the RN will practice
• One year of home health nursing experience preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
