Job summary

Holy Cross Home Care and Hospice (Maryland) is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes across multiple MD counties. The role offers full-time weekday/weekend options, 1:1 patient care, and the chance to advance clinically while working with Epic EHR for streamlined documentation.

The position requires at least one year of nursing experience, MD RN license, and a BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of one (1) year professional nursing experience.
• Must have RN License within the State of Maryland.
• Recent Home Care Experience or at least three years of acute care experience in Medical-Surgical, ICU, Emergency Department or Rehabilitation.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes.

• Educate patients and families and support recovery and independence.

• Pay Range: $37.61 - $60.18 per hour (based on years of experience, skill set, education, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of one (1) year professional nursing experience.

• Must have RN License within the State of Maryland RN License

• Recent Home Care Experience or at least three years of acute care experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Medical-Surgical
  • ICU
  • Emergency Department
  • Rehabilitation
• Graduate of an approved Nursing education program, BSN preferred.
• Strong computer and technology skills required.
• Must have current Driver's license and reliable transportation.
