Nightingale Home Healthcare is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in home settings across DuPage and Cook counties, IL. This paid per-visit position starts at $55 per visit, with mileage reimbursement and regular merit evaluations.

You will perform assessments, develop plans of care, and coordinate with physicians to ensure quality in-home care for a caseload of patients. Willingness to cover surrounding areas required.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the state.
• OASIS and WellSky (Kinser) experience preferred (training provided).
• Med-surge and wound care experience preferred.
• Current TB results within 12 months and CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care and case management in the home setting.
• Develop and implement plans of care.
• Admission of patients for service and coordinating across providers.
• Submit patient notes and visit records timely.
• Coordinate care with LPNs, HHAs and Personal Care Attendants.
