Nightingale Home Healthcare of Illinois Inc in Willowbrook, IL is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care and case management in the home setting. Pay starts at $55 per visit and the RN will cover Du Page, Cook and surrounding areas, with a focus on high-quality, one-on-one patient care.

The role emphasizes adherence to physician orders, care planning, and coordination with the broader care team while maintaining HIPAA standards and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in good standing
• OASIS and Kinser experience preferred (training provided)
• Med-surge and wound care experience preferred
• Current TB results (within last 12 months) and CPR Certification
• Valid driver’s license and proof of liability insurance
• Ability to attend orientation at our Willowbrook office for 1-3 days

Responsabilités

• Provides direct patient care and case management in the home setting according to physician orders.
• Performs patient assessments, including history, vital signs, and functional status.
• Develops, implements, and coordinates nursing care plans and documents visits.
• Coordinates and supervises care by LPNs, Home Health Aides, and Personal Care Attendants.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance and timely submission of patient notes and visit records.
