Flexible day shifts, mileage reimbursement, and a company cell phone/tablet are provided; per diem positions require at least 2 shifts per month and do not include ongoing benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required for Arizona.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Strong assessment and patient education skills.

Responsibilities
