Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Registered Nurse Home Health to serve Sangamon County. You will assess patients, perform initial and ongoing assessments, and provide nursing care per plan and physician orders while protecting privacy and collaborating with the care team.

The role requires an active RN license, a nursing degree, and at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience. Home health experience is preferred; ability to lift and move patients and equipment applies.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse required.
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing school (Certificate, Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate) required.
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting required.

As a Registered Nurse Home Health, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

What is Required?

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse required.
• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing required.
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting required.
• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.

The base salary for this position is $75,000 to $80,000 annually, based on the company’s good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
