Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Registered Nurse Home Health to join its devoted team. You will assess patients, conduct initial and ongoing evaluations, and provide care per the plan of care while ensuring HIPAA privacy and patient safety.

A valid RN license and at least one year of clinical nursing experience are required, with home health experience preferred and a valid driver's license or reliable transportation for travel to patient homes.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Certificate/Diploma/AS/BSN).
• 1+ year of nursing experience in a clinical care setting.

What is Required?

• - Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• - Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• - 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• - Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.
• - Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
• - Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
