Mary Free Bed at Home in Grand Rapids, MI is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide skilled home health care with autonomy and meaningful patient relationships. You will assess patients, manage medications, and create care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state you work.
• One year of RN experience delivering patient care.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive to patient homes.

• Perform patient assessments, medication management, and care planning

• Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation
• Work independently, but never alone
• Travel to patient homes within assigned territory

RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
• One year of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care
• Due to the field-based nature of this home health position, a valid driver’s license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required
