Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health position serving Clarkston and surrounding areas. This role offers a $10,000 first-year success bonus and ongoing rewards as you grow with us.

You will deliver skilled, patient-centered care in patients' homes, perform assessments, manage medications, and educate families on care plans while traveling within your territory.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state you work (Michigan).
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience delivering patient care.
• Ability to travel to patient homes within assigned territory.
• Strong clinical skills and documentation accuracy.

RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work


• One year of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care

• Due to the field-based nature of this home health position, a valid driver’s license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required.
