Job summary

Compleat Kidz in North Carolina is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one interventions in-clinic or at clients' homes under supervision of a BCBA. Travel to client homes required; you will implement behavior plans and collect data.

We offer a $2/hour in-home pay boost, mileage reimbursement, and a pathway to RBT certification if needed. Must be 18+, have a HS diploma, reliable transportation, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or willingness to obtain one.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have the desire to work with young children with behavioral challenges.
• Must be able to successfully complete a criminal history background check.
• Must have reliable transportation and proof of driver's license and valid car insurance.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for the implementation of unique behavior plans developed by the BCBA for each individual learner.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.
• Recognizing and teaching in the moment skills that are required to promote treatment integrity, progress, and RBT skill development.
• Travel to clinics and to client's home is required.

About the Job

Candidates will provide one on one behavioral interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills and to reduce challenging behaviors to children across all environments.This will be done in one of our clinics as well as the client's home.
