Job summary

Compleat Kidz seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one interventions for children with behavioral challenges in-clinic and at client homes. You will implement BCBA-designed plans and collect progress data under supervision, ensuring responsive service to families and supervisors.

You must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification, be 18+, and have a high school diploma. Reliable transport and a background check are required. Travel is a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Have a valid RBT Certification or be willing to get one.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must have the desire to work with young children with behavioral challenges.
• Must be able to successfully complete a criminal history background check.
• Must have reliable transportation and proof of driver's license and valid car insurance.

• Under the supervision of a Board-Ccertified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for the implementation of unique behavior plans developed by the BCBA for each individual learner.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.
• Recognizing and teaching in the moment skills that are required to promote treatment integrity, progress, and RBT skill development.
• Travel to clinics and to client's home is required.

About the Job

Part time Hours- 3:30pm-6:30pm

Candidates will provide one on one behavioral interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills and to reduce challenging behaviors to children across all environments.This will be done in one of our clinics as well as the client's home.
