Job summary

Compleat Kidz is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one behavioral interventions for children across clinics and client homes. The role offers evenings from 3:30pm to 6:30pm with the opportunity to obtain your RBT certification if needed.

Under supervision of a BCBA, you will implement individualized plans, collect data, and coordinate with families to support skill development and reduce challenging behaviors. Travel to client homes is required.

Qualifications

• Have a valid RBT Certification or be willing to obtain one.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Desire to work with young children with behavioral challenges.
• Able to complete a criminal history background check.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Under BCBA supervision, implement individualized behavior plans.
• Collect data and submit session notes.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Recognize and teach in-the-moment skills to promote treatment integrity and progress.

About the Job

Part time Hours- 3:30pm-6:30pm

Candidates will provide one on one behavioral interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills and to reduce challenging behaviors to children across all environments.This will be done in one of our clinics as well as the client's home. Job Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for the implementation of unique behavior plans developed by the BCBA for each individual learner.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.
• Recognizing and teaching in the moment skills that are required to promote treatment integrity, progress, and RBT skill development.
• Travel to clinics and to client's home is required.

Position Requirements
