Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a PCS Quality and Compliance Analyst to help drive regulatory compliance across PCS providers. The role emphasizes risk assessment, policy development, and survey readiness while supporting a mission of high-quality home care.

Ideal candidates have RN or LPN credentials with at least five years of nursing experience and strong communication skills to collaborate across teams and drive continuous improvement in compliance and patient privacy protection.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited RN and/or LPN program.
• Minimum of five years of professional nursing experience with active RN/LPN license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure activities align with Elara Caring governance and Compliance leadership.
• Develop and maintain PCS provider policies to meet regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regulatory research and policy reviews to stay current with standards.
• Assist agencies with survey readiness and action plans as needed.
• Perform audits and escalate significant compliance, billing, or risk issues.
