Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in home health QA, medical records, or healthcare compliance support.
• Strong working knowledge of physician order processes and audit readiness principles.
• Experience with EVV workflows and understanding of billing implications.

Responsibilities

• Review clinical records and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Support compliance with Medicare/Medicaid requirements and internal policies.
• Communicate with clinicians regarding corrections and follow-up.
