Job summary

Haven Home Health & Hospice is seeking a QA RN specializing in OASIS to ensure clinical accuracy and compliance. This fully remote role focuses on reviewing SOC, ROC, Recert, and Discharge OASIS documentation, working with clinicians and leadership to ensure the story is accurate and reimbursement aligned.

Applicants must hold an active Missouri RN license and OASIS certification; home health experience is required.

Qualifications

• OASIS Certification required (COS-C or equivalent).
• Recent home health RN experience.
• Strong knowledge of OASIS, documentation, and home health regulations.
• Detail-oriented with confident clinical judgment.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

About the Role

This is a fully remote position focused on OASIS review, clinical accuracy, and compliance. You’ll work closely with clinicians and leadership to ensure documentation tells the right story and meets the highest standards. This isn't field work. This is influence.
