BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide compassionate, in-home physical therapy services in the Blackwood, New Jersey area.

This full-time, pay-per-point role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a base pay range of $45.00–$50.00 per point, with scheduling primarily during daytime hours. Responsibilities include progressing patients from hospital discharge to safe, dignified home care, delivering treatment and education, and collaborating

Qualifications

• Hold current NJ licensure or certification.
• Graduate of a 2-year PTA program approved by APTA.
• Minimum 1 year PTA experience under Licensed Physical Therapist supervision.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients in their homes, from hospital discharge to safe home living.
• Provide treatment, tests, education, and interventions as delegated by a PT.
• Continuously assess and revise the PT care plan with the care team.
