Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Willingboro, NJ is hiring a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant to provide in-home PTA services across Burlington County. This full-time, pay-per-point role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a base pay of $45.00–$50.00 per point, with daytime schedules and comprehensive training.

You will assess and treat patients at home, ensure safe care transitions, and collaborate with a licensed PT and care team to maintain patient independence and comfort.

Qualifications

• Have current licensure or certification in the state of NJ.
• Graduate from a two-year college level PTA program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Have two years of appropriate PTA experience and a satisfactory proficiency exam as applicable.
• Have at least one year of work experience under supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• See clients through care needs from hospital discharge to safe home life.
• Assist clients in attaining or maintaining optimal physical wellbeing with interventions as delegated by a PTA.
• Contribute to evolving care plan with nursing in multidisciplinary teams.
