BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant to serve patients in Maple Shade, New Jersey. This full-time, pay-per-point position offers a sign-on bonus and ongoing training within a trusted home-healthcare team.

You will work under a licensed Physical Therapist to treat clients in their homes, ensure safe and dignified care, and adapt plans as patient needs evolve. Prior home-health experience is welcome but not required, with coaching provided.

Qualifications

• NJ licensure or certification as a PTA.
• Graduated from a two-year college-level PTA program approved by the APTA.

Responsabilités

• Treat patients in their home with clinical PTA skills.
• Assist patients to achieve optimal physical wellbeing under a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Contribute to care plan and coordinate with nursing in multidisciplinary teams.
