Job summary

Suru In-Home Physical Therapy is seeking licensed California PTAs to treat patients in their homes as independent contractors. You will perform follow-up visits under the guidance of a supervising physical therapist, with visits typically scheduled 2–3 times per week for 12 weeks per patient.

The Suru platform handles intake, insurance, evaluation, and billing, while you focus on patient care and timely post-visit notes. This role offers flexibility and weekly direct deposit for completed visits.

Qualifications

• Active California PTA license.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Work as a 1099 independent contractor.

Responsibilities

• Treat follow-up visits in the patient’s home after evaluation and plan of care are prepared by a licensed physical therapist.
• Work 2–3 visits per week for 12 weeks, with renewals when appropriate.
• Coordinate visit times directly with patients and manage notes in the Suru app.
• Suru handles intake, insurance, evaluation, and billing; you focus on patient care.
