PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in El Campo, TX to support patients throughout recovery. You will help restore mobility, improve independence, and enhance quality of life through personalized, evidence-based home care.

Join a collaborative therapy team delivering prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation while supporting patients’ movement potential and long-term well-being.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in Texas
• Current CPR certification
• Professional liability insurance coverage
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Deliver home health physical therapy services under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Identify patient goals and implement mobility interventions
• Provide evidence-based treatments to improve movement and independence
• Support non-surgical, non-pharmacologic rehabilitation options
• Create individualized care plans and document progress
• Educate patients to participate actively in rehabilitation
• Promote strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
• Maintain complete patient records and documentation
