PARS Therapy in San Marcos and Lockhart, TX is seeking a compassionate Home Health PTA to support patients’ recovery journeys. You will help restore mobility, improve independence, and enhance quality of life through personalized, evidence-based therapies in the home setting.

Your role includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, educating patients, and developing individualized care plans to promote movement and long-term well-being.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in Texas.
• Current CPR certification.
• Professional liability insurance coverage required.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Proven ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated clinical experience as a PTA.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptive care approaches.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy services in home settings under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Identify patient goals and implement interventions.
• Provide evidence-based treatments to improve movement and independence.
• Promote alternatives to surgery and reduce medication reliance.
• Develop individualized care plans using proven techniques.
• Create wellness and fitness programs tailored to each patient.
• Educate and motivate patients to participate in rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Monitor progress and document outcomes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
