Job summary

PARS Therapy in Bandera, TX is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients' recovery at home, improving mobility and independence.

Under the supervision of a licensed PT, you will design and implement customized treatment plans, educate patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary care team.
• Demonstrated clinical PTA experience.
• Adapt care approaches to different patient needs.
• Solid understanding of current therapy techniques.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home health physical therapy under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Identify patient goals and implement mobility interventions.
• Provide evidence-based treatments to improve movement and independence.
• Educate and motivate patients to participate in rehabilitation.
• Document services accurately and maintain patient records.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
