Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in California.
• Valid CA Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Up-to-date BLS (CPR) / ACLS certification.
• Recent Negative TB test result and Flu Shot within the past year.
• Immunization records including Covid19, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella.
• Valid Driver's License along with auto-insurance.

Responsibilities

• Delivering skilled physical therapy interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Creating and executing individualized treatment plans for each patient.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care.
