PARS Therapy in League City, TX is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients throughout their recovery journey. In this collaborative role, you will help restore mobility, improve functional independence, and enhance quality of life.

You will deliver personalized, evidence-based care in the home setting under a licensed Physical Therapist, develop individualized care plans, educate patients, and coordinate with the care team to promote outcomes

Qualifications

• Active PTA license (TX)
• Current CPR certification
• Professional liability insurance coverage
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• Demonstrated PTA clinical experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
• Knowledge of current treatment techniques and practices
• Compassionate patient education and engagement

Responsibilities

• Deliver home-based physical therapy services under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Identify patient goals and implement interventions for mobility and function
• Provide evidence-based, cost-effective treatments to improve movement
• Develop individualized care plans and create wellness programs
• Educate and motivate patients to actively participate in rehabilitation
• Document services and maintain patient records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for coordinated care
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist
