PARS Therapy in Temple, TX is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients through recovery at home. You will restore mobility, promote independence, and deliver personalized care that fits each patient’s goals and needs under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Qualificações

• Active Texas PTA license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Professional liability insurance coverage required.
• Home health or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong interpersonal and adaptive care skills.
• Knowledge of current treatment techniques.
• Professional and compassionate approach to patient education.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver home health PT services under supervising PT.
• Identify patient goals and implement mobility interventions.
• Provide evidence-based, cost-effective treatments to improve movement.
• Promote alternatives to surgery and reduce medications through therapy.
• Develop individualized care plans and document progress.
• Create wellness and fitness programs for patients.
• Educate and motivate patients in rehabilitation and recovery.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Document services and maintain patient records.
• Perform duties as assigned by the supervising therapist or clinical manager.
