Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Current California PTA license is required.
• Experience in home health is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills and good judgement.

Responsibilities

• Provides therapeutic exercises under the supervision and delegation of the Physical Therapist.
• Communicates effectively with the patient’s care team and follows instructions from the PT.
• Delivers ongoing therapy services and modalities as planned.
• Documents patient care and progress in a timely manner.
• Meets monthly with the licensed PT to review and modify the treatment plan.
• Attends team meetings and trainings as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
